I found this book last night in a local bookstore and read almost the entire book while still in the store. This book offers a wealth of magnificent prayers, insights, and affirmations for when we are out of balance physically or emotionally. The book appeals to people of all faiths. In fact, Rabbi Gelberman founded a temple in New York City that is open to people of all faiths. The forward was written by a Hindu Swami. This book deserves to be a best-seller!

This book not only explains Kabbalah in simple to understand terms but, most importantly, remains focused on how to use this ancient mystical text to help bring balance and health into your life.
