This is a lovely story. The authour and artist make you feel that you are right there, included in the story with the animals. The detail of the pictures are out standing. I will be buying more from this artist and author. What a wonderful present for a child!!!!

I work at a Children's Bookstore, so I see many books everyday. This book is one of my all time favorites. The characters are adorable, the story is very sweet and the illustrations are wonderful. If you're looking for a picture book for a 3 to 5 year old that is sweet but also nice to look at, this is it.
