Phoenix: The decline and rebirth of the Indian people

William E. Coffer (Koi Hosh) in writing "Phoenix, The Decline and Rebirth of the Indian People" exposes us the readers, to a concise, narrationable, flowing view of the struggles and frustrations that the Indian People were forsed to deal with when Europeans, individually and as groups, deluged this continent. He shows us, those who are peeking in from later generations, the events that interconnected human responses to activities here in relation to the forming of land boundries and social delineations. He shows us how each Great Nation of First People, as the aboriginal groups of regal and spiritual tribal people, endeavored in "sucession" to welcome, protect, and then to fight, the acceptance adaptation to the coditions that threatened their culture, genocide...thru overwhelming evidence that repeatedly, the entrenching foreigners showed them...that their promises would NOT be kept...this History, the most "entire" history I have read to date combined with varification obtained by my previous reading of other less revealing authors, allows me to conclude that Mr. Coffer's accounts, absent of "fluffs and paddings" of Euro-coverups, shows us more truth combiled in this stimulating manner. This deeper knowledge, complete with thorough footnotes and bibliography, restirs in me compassion mixed with frustration, learning yet more fully than before...that all our nations' children, as I was too, previously uninformed..., are being mis-taught to believe that the Naturally Native, "Indigenous" people, the fruit of God's planting and creation, has been mistreated and mislabeled: barbariun, savage, murderous, Devil worshipping, evil, ignorant, prideful, unintelligent, foolish...et cetera...and that those prejudices have continued to affect our current stages of developement socially, legaly and spiritually. The truth is shown here in this revealing readable text book style, that my ancesters were, welcoming, curious, protective of their women and children, hard working, industious, highly skilled artisans, strongly spiritual and loyal, and albait furious retalitory fighters, they are shown here as been pushed to extream limits, past edges and beyond toleration, past endurance and forgiveness, into enraged revolt. For good reason. I encourage anyone seeking truth and knowledge to take in this revealing view of our history...fasten your seat belts, you will be at first disbelieving, denying and defensive as are some of those people I have narrated the contents to,... and awestruck...and finally informed and compassionate towards the Rebirth of the previously "Holocost" victims, villanized by false "history written by the perpitrators. Finally revealing more truth than I have personally read.
