Phil Lempert sure does a terrific job of covering EVERY WAY to save money in EVERY DEPARTMENT from meats to seafood, and everything in between. This book also gives great advice for using coupons, making an easier shopping list, and avoiding supermarket gimmicks. This book also contains alot of useful info about supermarkets and food that will help you as well. For example, it tells you the worst days to go shopping, alot of great supermarket value tips, information about food labels, at home food storage guide lines, and even a couple of useful questioners that you should ask yourself about your favorite supermarket. This book says you will save $1,000 a year after you read it and that is true! Once you learn all the facts as to how to be a smart shopper, not only will you be saving alot of money, but alot of time as well. I strongly re! commend this book to anyone out there who is looking to be a smart shopper when it comes to grocery shopping.
