I am a fitness instructor, planning to become a personal trainer. This book gave me more of an insight into the client/trainer relationship than any personal training book. Not only is it written in the words of the trainer, but the client also describes the relationship and her feelings in her own words. I am glad they persevered in writing this book. Well done both of you
