Penny Whistle Halloween Book

My grandmother works at the library and used to get this book out for me every year, I had the most incredible parties ever. I'm now 17 and I'm still in love with this book, this year I'll be getting it for my 9 year old sister. It's well written, creative, with easy to use instructions and recipes. It's amazing!!
