Solid and helpful info.

This is,without question, THE most helpful book on a very distressing condition. I felt comforted just knowing how common panic attacks are...and I like the format these well noted authors chose. Highly recommended! Laurie, Ca.

Excellent book - has helped many of my patients!

This book is fabulous! I have had several people in the last few weeks who have been helped immensely by the exercises and educational sections. I highly recommend this to counselors and to individuals with anxiety or panic attacks. Word of warning about buying the electronic version though... It will only let you print a limited number of pages (though it advertises that you can print out the book, but with a small disclaimer...

Best of the bunch

This is the best book on the topic that I have read, and I've read many. Clear, very thorough, and practical. The therapist's guide provides the most detailed and yet easy to read explanations of such topics as hyperventilation, hypoglycemia, the adrenalin response and many other topics and how they contribute to anxiety and panic; and equally important, how to correct their effects. Hi. I've suffered on and off from acute generalized anxiety and panic attacks for the last 7 years.
