I was very disappointed when this book arrived. I expected a lot more information for the price of $15.99. I wished I had returned the book immediately after reading it. 1. Format: The layout is double spaced, causing an increase in pages AND causing the titles to be left at the bottom of the page that belong to the next page information. ie: page 51 at the bottom " Fish Dishes" , page 52 lists the fish dishes. More examples are in other areas of the book Uneven spaced number titles - ie: page 52#4 &#6 indented. More examples are in other areas of the book 2. The book does not contain 1,500 complete actual recipes. 3. No illustrations.
