I bought this one because I heard Dr. Frankel speak at a company event and was caught up in the moment. Later that day I happened to look at it while I was on hold and, much to my surprise, got hooked. I found it friendly and very helpful. I poured through it in a few days with a highlighter in hand. (High praise from me.) I find myself thinking about a couple of the ideas which I guess is the whole point. I recommend it!
