I specialise in researching minerals for health and am writing a book on the subject, so bought this book as part of my research. Although it contains only a fairly short chapter about clays, it is very comprehensive information. I am also highly impressed with the book's analysis of various herbal remedies. I have owned this book for well over 15 years and have used their recomendations on myself, my family, friends over and over hundred of times and I have never been dissappointed with the results. I just can't believe that clay is not more widelly used for its magnificent healing properties. I can only imagine that its unpopularity is based on the fact that "it is just too cheap and it is so readily available every where" and also because it may become a bit messy to handle until you get the hung of it. I am still as amazed at the cure properties of the clay as the very first time I used it. I'll only mention my last experience with it:today I am 80% recovered from a terribly painfull and stiff neck, I had applied warm clay on it twice yesterday after a couple of days in agony.I have tried to buy this book for years for my friends and it has been always out of print.!
