Others Unknown: The Oklahoma City Bombing and Conspiracy

I read this book in 1999 and have shared it with many friends and family. I had the privilege of meeting Stephen Jones and immediately got the sense this was a man with integrity and a very strong belief in the Constitution of the United States.After 9/11 my husband and myself re-read this book and again were passing it around to friends. It makes you wonder why the government didn't pay attention to the information Stephen and his investigators were uncovering. It is obvious there was a connection of the middle eastern radical influence in the OKlahoma City Bombing.With recent information connecting the 9/11 terroist and Tim McVeigh staying at the same motel makes a compelling argument that they are connected.This is a must read if you Love America and all the freedoms we enjoy in everyday life.

This spring I enrolled in PSCI 398 Domestic Terrisom. As part of my outside reading, I came across this book. I found that it was very informative and offered a new insight into what happend in Oklahoma City. Though I read this book on my own time, it gave me lots of good ideas on how to explore the question that plagued my class "What is domestic terriosm?" This books explains why everyone including the guilty deserve a defense.

An excellent and well written book. Like James Nichols, the reference to Lee Harvey McVeigh is very accurate. Although he mentions the Kennedy assasination, he should have referenced the author and lawyer, Mark Lane. Mr. Lane, in a Dade County, Florida Court case, produced the people who helped in that assasination, and some of the names are very prominent in Republican Presidental campaigns this year. Although I found the tie to the Arab extremist very interesting, and confusing, yet I failed to see the full connection to Terry Nichols and the bombing. I do not find any connection for Timothy McVeigh in all the material. I think we have our new Lee Harvey Oswald. Mr. Jones is far to partial to the Criminal Justice System, even though he sees the great gaps in the adversarial relationship. I could not have relished the story as nicely. There is far more going on with our whole Government, and very few people willing to take the time to search out these glaring errors. I wanted at one time to recommend a new title for Mr. Jones' book, "The Eduaction of a Republican", but changed by mind after reading a few chapters. I think he did the best job possible under the circustances; Prosecutorial interference, a stubborn and hardened oldtime judge, and a public who have never sought the Truth in much of anything. I did notice some words of ridicule toward the Patriots, and others who might have similar views, and one of their beliefs; especially the "Masonic" connection. This is something I am not sure Mr. Jones fully understands, or at least I did not understand what he meant. I don't see the Masons as a particularly covert group, but they are used as a cover by certain elemenst within our Government. I would recommend readers to do some more research in that area, and try the Enterprise Mission web page for the ties to NASA, the Space Program, and the downing of Egypt Air Flight 990. If 19.5 Trillion to one odds of NASA doing anything in a random manner does not bother you, then you are one of those who does not care to know the Truth. I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in learning about the Oklahoma City bombing, and the difficulty in defending Mr. McVeigh. Mr. Jones did what he could, and he can be my attorney anytime the moment should require. I empathize for the loss he and his family incured, and for the un-needed ridicule he suffered through. Let the book help you to form your own opinions, and then begin to search.

this book is required reading. We've all seen the govenment's side, and the media's version of this tragedy, but a sinister truth lies within the pages of this fascinating book. You will never look at the government or the media in the same light.
