One for the Road

This was a fantastic read. Loved the story, characters and the chemistry between the characters. Worth the read!!!

Lucy Christie had broken up with her last boyfriend three months ago and the sting of rejection was still burning in her mind. Greg had said she was boring and planned too much. After a four month relationship he felt like he had been married for years. Now while she was on vacation, with her friend Carmen Ferris, who had also just, broken up with her longtime boyfriend. Lucy sees a cowboy sitting in a back booth of the restaurant that they had stopped at. With just a glance he makes Lucy feel things that should probably be illegal. Her friend Carmen was too busy flirting with a young man who walked in with his friends to notice Lucy's attention being caught by the man. The man Carmen was talking to wanted Carmen to come to a hotel that they were staying at so they could get to know each other better. Carmen was all for it however, Lucy wanted to stay on course; she had everything planned out from point A to point B. However when Lucy got to talk to the cowboy in the gift shop, he told her he might be staying at the same hotel. It got her to thinking. What if she didn't go from point A to point B? No, that could not happen. She just could not let it. When Carmen suggests that they actually go to the hotel Lucy doesn't want to. Could she go and meet up with the cowboy and just have a "drive-by seduction" and not get attached? As they drive down the highway and come to the turn for the hotel will Lucy take the road to the cowboy or point B? Crystal Green takes us on a road trip of a life time with "One for the Road". You have two women that that got out of relationships and are in the mood to have some fun. Route 66 is just the ticket. This story will have you on the edge of your seat. The twist and turns are so exciting you won't want to put the book down as you travel down Route 66.
