Did'nt read your book , Roy----me want's to tell everybody a story about you. Me and Roy was in the Boy Scouts together---he lives three doors down from me, too--on Glenn Circle, Decatur Ga.We was ridin'across Florida--headin' for Lake Santa Fe---pulling a boat in his daddy's 1955 Packard---He's The Packard dealer--Deminstrator car.--It's Roy's Daddy and 5 Boy scouts.Roy gets his shirt sleeve tangled up in the door handle in the front seat---the door swings open---can't slow down fast for two reasons--the boat bangs back there and the door swings wider open--the harder you push on the brake = the wider the door goes---so there's Roy--one arm in the window on the car--one foot on the seat---one foot bouncing off the pavement---this lasts for about 30 or 45 seconds--every time he trys to slow down the door opens wider---it's a funny situation to start with---but that's not what me an Tommy are laughing about---it's the conversation Roy and his Daddy are having that's incredable---Roy is about to die---and his Daddy says--if you had done what your Mother said this morning --you would'nt be in this fix--but I did what she said--they are arguing about what his mother said. Not about how to get out of the situaton he's in.Ask Tommy Morrow--if that's not true--unforgetablePaul Vinson
