The Heartland Series are most enjoyable!

The Heartland Series by Lauren Brooke, books that are entertaining as well as sad at the same time. If you like stories about Horses you will live these books. Written for young people but also enjoyable for old retired cowboys as well. A fast read and very enjoyable for everyone.

This is My all time fav. book!!! * * * * *

Thisbook's greatI can't believe that ty and amy kissed, I knew from the start something would happen. I can't believe Matt asked her out. Especially now that he's goin out with ashley grant,(Amy's least favourite person!)But before that she was being really nice to amy becuz she wanted to go out with ben,(a stable hand at heartland) But after he blew her off ashley's every day snobbyness has come back.Ashley is always trying to put either amy or heartland down some how.(Thoughts) Amy and ty are having troubles with Daybreak she is really high spiritedand was actually like my first foal. But after she gets terribly sick she seems to be calming down. Even after she's sick she is feeling fiesty but very calm. Amy is missing her mom so much it there first thanks giving without their mom.amy still hasn't gotten over the terrible accident. Lou is so determind to see her father again! Amy is so curious why, lou had los one parent she wasan't about to loose another. Lou buys tickets for a plane ride to england. Amy gets pretty upset, i would be too. THere grandpa gets really sick he has pneanemonia after one of his lungs colapse. hes a fighter what happens?thats for u to find out! As for that kiss i know this do you, do amy and ty go out or was it just a big missunderstanding. Does amy want to but does she just not want things to change around heartland or between them. You all thnk you Lauren Brooke's biggest fan eh? We will just see about that. Did you play hookie just to finish one of her books? Do YOu get kicked out of class for reading Do you have 2 of every book, one to display and one to read? Do you think of amy as a real person or just another story book character? DO YOU USE HER TECHNIQUES SHE USES? Do you hurt for her wen she fells pain?NO? Well loOKwho is the biggest fan!

The Perfect Series

When I read Heartland books, I can actually see Amy joining up, and Ty rushing to the hostpital. I can see the story as if it were a movie. The stories touch my soul. Ty kissing Amy is a clear picture in my mind. It is an amazing thing. Lauren Brooke is an amazing author. She writes everything in such detail, that you can see how cute Ben looks, or the anger in Matt's eyes. She paints you a picture using words. It would be a perfect book if it had God in it. I love the Heartland books. They are so inquisitive. I love the way Ms. Brooke tells how Amy is in turmoil. It is in such detail. I tell everybody about the Heartland books. I hope that you would read all of them. They are perfect for people who love to read, our who love horses. I also love how the family isn't perfect. They have problems and go through hard times. The Brady Bunch is a perfect family, and are very boring. The Heartland books changed the way I look at my problems and life. They touched me, so I hope that you will read them and learn from them as much as I did. They are excellent books. I wouldn't trade them for anything. They are beautiful things. And Lauren Brooke writes in beautiful words. I suggest that you read all of the books by her. Thank you for reading my opinion. Jacqueline Rose

Tears, Love and Incredible Friendship

When I read the first Heartland book "Coming Home",I was mes-merized by the intricate detail Lauren Brooke allowed into everyone of her books, without giving away the plot or taking away anyof the suspense. The secret love story between Amy and Ty,both whomwon't admit their feelings for each other, is intriguing.I am veryinterested in finding out what becomes of the veerrrrryy intimatekiss they shared at the end of the 6th book "One Day You'll Know"...

One of the best books EVER!

This was so good. I'm 12, and these books are easy for me, but they are so fantasticly written. I'm in love with this series and its characters. They come alive in the pages, and you feel how they feel. It's very hard to find a book as well written as this. I love the Harry Potter series and I even think these books are almost better. I love the idea of the remidies and treating the horses like, well, people, almost. And it is also cool, because I live in Virgina, were the books are set in. This book was just as good or dare I say better than the 1-5. I recomend it to all horse lovers out there.

One Day You'll Know

Can it get any better than this? No, I don't think so. Amy once again has to deal with a slew of problems: relationships, friends, horses, and her grandfather, who has falled ill. Meanwhile, Lou has left for England to find their father. This was a great book, my favorite so far in the series for a few reasons. :) I only have one complaint, and that is that there was a lot of repetition in the writing by saying "When Amy got up in the morning..." or something of the sort, but that was not that bad. I loved the plot--once again the series manages to balance a good range of social issues along with horses. THe dialogue is great! This is the best in the series so far because of the ending, which I won't reveal. :) A+++
