Thureau-Dangin, Gaston Cros, L on Alexandre Heuzey et l'Acad mie des Inscriptions & Belles-Lettres - d crivent les vestiges d couverts, notamment des temples, des palais et des tombes, ainsi que leur importance pour la compr hension de la civilisation m sopotamienne. C'est un travail de r f rence pour les arch ologues et les historiens.
