I was raised in a Swedish,Finnish heritage home. My mother and grandmothers were avid Scandinavin cooks. This is truely a cookbook that reflects the true flavor of Scandinavin cooking. Some of the recipes are like or close to old recipes that I remember as a child in Northern Michigan. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is interested in recipes of true Scandinavin cooking. It brought many memories of the kitchens of years past in our family
