Purchased in "GOOD" condition sound doesn't work

The description of condition did not mention the sound not working. I could've spent $1.75 more and received one that actually works. I buy from here all of the time, I never considered they would sell a "GOOD" book without working parts. I Would assume "GOOD" means everything in working order.

The entire spine was ripped up and the sounds weren’t working on 3 of the animals, so not even new batteries will fix the issue.

Book came completely colored and scribbled in, marking even on fur. Sound barely worked on the book and the dog (sons favorite animal) won't play at all. Also had torn up edges, definitely not in "good shape" maybe acceptable. 🤔

Our little ones love this book and wanted a good copy to give our friends. Came without electrical component working, which is important for us.

My son always chooses this book to read. The touch and feel sections are bigger than most I've seen so it's nice while he's learning!
