great little concise book reminding us of the two most important commandments, love thy God and love thy neighbor -the Jesus in this book is the Jesus I have come to know and so should others.

I picked this book up as a gift for a friend and found it to be a compelling, uplifting read. The book is divided into 20 or so one or two page essays on how we can bring the words of Jesus to our everyday lives. The message is simple and do-able, even something a young teen could relate to. It takes less than an hour to read. Nothing too heavy for those who don't like to feel condemed after reading a Christian book. I plan on buying several copies to give as gifts this holiday season, (the price is right). It seems now more than ever, we need a simple book that reminds us of the true reason for Christmas and teaches us how to be "kitchen table peacemakers" in our own homes, as well as the world at large.
