After seeing the author appear on TV, I bought her book--and I'm glad I did!! Finally, I found a fitness and diet expert who makes sense to me and offers an easy to follow yet effective plan. Just when I thought I'd read it and heard it all Jennifer Cohen comes along and breathes new life into an industry that's always selling quick fixes and empty promises. She's not doing that. She's honest and realistic about what we can and can't do, and what we should and shouldn't think about it all. Her book is easy to read and follow, from the workouts to the diet tips. The whole no gym required concept is great considering my gym membership is one of the things I'm debating keeping these days. It's great to know there really are options.
