Study Bible-NLT

I understand that this is a used book website. I have purchased many books from this website and have always been pleased until today. I just ordered a ESV Bible a few weeks ago and it said it was in very good condition when I got it it wasn’t very good condition. It’s a book. There was just a little bit of writing in it but other than that, it looks like a great book. Well put together, well kept . today, I was so excited to get home and see that my NLT Bible came in, but when I opened it, I was not pleased. This one was supposed to be in very good condition as well. I paid a little extra for the very good condition. the good when I opened it, there was a chunk missing out of the spine and the spine dislocated from the pages of the Bible I would not have classified that as very good condition that was very poor condition and I’m really disappointed that I paid a little extra extra and that is what I got 🥺
