hey guys....i think this is the first time i'm doing an online review....i think this book is amazing!!!!! has a wealth of health information that really makes sense (based on other health books i've ready - this does not contradict) I'd say it's a must have....great book- you will not regret your purchase unless u really dont care about health or diet. I used to suffer from asthmatic cough for many years from childhood to young adult. I happened to come across this book in a second hand bookstore and ever since then, my health has increased tremendously. All I did was follow one simple advice: take Cider Vinegar...for ticklish cough. I started taking a tablespoon of cider vinegar everynight before I sleep and I have never had asthmatic cough since. What's more whenever I felt I caught some illnes, likely flu, I would only suffer slight symptoms of headache, neckache, a stuffy nose, but no runny nose, fever, or cough. However, it must be taken regularly. It's a preventive measure and not a cure! I have also taken the advice to take honey and molasses too. They are as stated in the book...Wonder Foods! This book is really enlightening in healthcare advice....Read It!...for a lifetime of healthy living.
