Night Goes by

I am a first grade reading teacher and recently had to find books to kick off our school wide reading marathon. I knew I would have first and kindergarten classes and that the theme would be "The Universe", so I tried to find a book on that level and about that topic. My four year old daughter helped me pick this one- the pictures alone are worth it! Each page gives you something to talk about with your child (or class) and has such picture support that even non-readers get the gist. The book tells all about what happens when the sun goes to sleep and moon and stars come out to play. It's a great quick read for bedtime or anytime!
