Passion Volume 3

i agree w/ the other reviewers that this book is somewhat disappointing b/c it lacks the drama of the first two volumes. i've seen this in other series as well, where once the two are together it's harder to come up w/ a good story, but i enjoyed seeing how the relationship built on passion survives when each person has his own insecurities and rivals appear. also, i still really enjoyed the artwork. the book stops fairly abruptly, with the climax of the upcoming school festival being left for the next volume, but if the next volume builds off of this one it should be great. also, i liked the new range of emotions explored as the story focuses a bit more on the relationship between shima's ex (amamiya, who still has feelings for shima) and the school nurse (ms. morikawa, who is good friends with both shima and amamiya). all in all although it leaves me wanting to reread the first two volumes and too impatient for the next, if you keep in mind that this is less passionate and a slower pace, this is still worth reading for fans of the series.
