I picked this one up out of curiosity, but within a few pages I started thinking "oh dear, not another one." And wouldn't you know, I was right.This is NOT another one. Not another dull "emotional struggle," "find yourself" story. And more importantly, it's not boring. That's something very valuable and (depressingly) so rare these days. If you like not being bored, read this book!

This novel has already been released in Canada. I devoured it in the course of an afternoon. Going from a teenager to middle age, Evelyn's story is interesting and I suspect a lot of readers will see themselves in some of her experiences. A thoughtful examination of the choices made by one woman throughout her life.
