Now that Negi has faced Chao, the master magician bent on world domination, what new adventures await? This description may be from another edition of this product.
After the very exciting and 'stressful' school festival, the story calms down (this a positive, trust me). It is also the start of a mini saga which is similar to the one before the school festival (pretty much, a training saga). Sure its not TOO TOO interesting and it lasts 2-3 volumes, but you need this break for what happens in the later volumes (21+). Just hold and enjoy this humorous calm.

The Future Belongs to Everyone
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 16 years ago
This volume of Negima finally features the end of the Mahora Festival, which began way back in Volume 10. After being defeated by Negi, Chao goes back to the future (permanently?). The rest of the students complete final exams and get ready for summer vacation. It has a more lighthearted feel than the series has had in a long time. Fans of the series will continue to enjoy it.
Until we meet again!

As Mahora Festival draws to a close, Negi has won the fight and the battle to prevent magic from leaking throughout the world. Negi is now confronted with his former student as she is bent on returning back to her own time. As Negi tries to convince her otherwise, she bids farewell to Negi and her fellow classmates and leaves Negi with words that have left him even more confused about what he should do. Life for Negi and his students return normal after the Festival as Negi must prepare for final exams as well as figuring out the whereabouts of his father. In order to do this, Negi is bent on going to Wales for the summer and is ready to face any consequences in order to find his father. The volume concludes with Negi and his class taking a break for the summer. Though this volume did not feature the action packed fights that the previous 2 volumes featured, it still does a great job for moving the story forward, though a few stories did not add much to the overall volume (Misora's story and the only 'Silent' chapter). This volume does a good job keeping readers interested in the overall plot as well as anticipating the release of the next volume (which I am eagerly waiting for). Recommended for fans of Negima and for those who have been reading from Volume 1.
