I read this book as a resource for a talk I was giving on the subject of change. It was very helpful to me and I was able to apply the ideas to the concept of change within the human person and also within a business organization. Everyone can benefit from reading this book.

After I read Navigating Change I asked ¿Why this book did not come to my life ten years ago?. But immediately I answered myself ¡Thank God it came to me today and not ten years later!. This book is the best thing ever happened to me, after reading it my life got a new meaning. I encourage everyone that intends to be better person to read Gary Gore's book. Excellent job Gary and Team Treak group. Congratulations. Juan Carlos Delgado - Quito, Ecuador, South America

This book uses a unique approach to personal growth. It is using orienteering as an analogy and applying orienteering principles to going through life. Whether you know where you're heading with your life or not, this books will offer useful reflections to you and make you look at things in different light. It's not necessarily that the material in this book is new and no one ever thinks this way. It's just put into a very nice framework. I highly recommend this book. Gary's book goes along with his courses that he conducts for just about anyone. From leaders to business teams to couples and families, all can benefit from his unique approach to personal growth. I've attended a number of leadership courses and seminars and Gary's Team Trek was definitely the best experience of the kind I had. He goes to the core of what leadership is and guides others along in their personal quest to develop their own leadership qualities.
