Mythical Beasts: An Anthology of Verse and Prose

This is a beautifuly color illustrated book, the artwork is amazing. Full of detailed information on legendary creatures such as Pan the Satyr, The Phoenix, Pegasus, The Minotaur, Mermaids and Mermen, The Jabberwocky (this was one that my son never heard of), Griffins, Medusa the Gorgon, the Basilisk and many many more. Only downfall and I dont want to appear critical is that some of the character descriptions could be more detailed, some were detailed, some werent. Overall great book for children ages 10 and up through adults. I liked it too.
