My Bedtime Book (Little Ladybird Board Books) (Little Ladybird Board Books) This is a nice board book series for older babies and toddlers. This book, My Bedtime Book, depicts a somewhat neutral gendered child as they get ready for bed. This book has 2 two-page spreads; the other spreads has an illustration with a border and one without a border, each with one sentence of text usually beginning with "I". The pages show: putting away toys, getting underdressed, taking a bath, putting on PJs, brushing teeth, having a bedtime story, one last goodnight kiss and sleeping. One nice feature is that the Dad is shown reading and also giving a hug and goodnight kiss. My son when he was young, enjoyed these books. I'm sure your child will to.
