I made three recipes in this cookbook at once, and I found it relatively easy to use. All the ingredients are available in your local grocery store - except for a few spice blends. These recipes are available in the introduction of the cookbook, so you can make them yourself ahead of time. I made Bestilla (chicken pie) which had great flavor, although different from what I've had a Moroccan restaurants. My husband only stopped eating the Bestilla because I had prepared other courses - the lamb kefta, couscous, "snake" dessert with almond filling, and mint tea - all recipes from the book. The lamb kefta was a little dry, but maybe because I left out the eggs because my husband and I are not into runny eggs, especially with lamb. Overall, the recipes got rave reviews in my house. I even think this cookbook may have given away some secrets of our favorite Moroccan restaurant! Beware, I wouldn't consider all of the recipes to be on an "easy" level. Many like the couscous are, but others (Bestilla) are closer to medium, but not difficult level.
Very good book

This book is very good, there is only 38 recipes but there are all very different, flavorful and interesting. There is a picture for every single recipe. Those pictures are beautiful and really make you want to try it.
