More Taste Than Time

This is absolutely our favorite cookbook and has been for the past 10 years. I'm ordering a second copy as ours has worn out from years of use. Unlike many 'quick' cookbooks, this one is based on fresh ingredients. The recipes are inspired from many cultures yet take ingredients we can find locally. Although the recipes are not elaborate, they are often the ones we turn to for entertaining as well as everyday. Delicious and straightforward to prepare but not run-of-the-mill.
