More Amazing But True Sports Stories

The book I read is by Phyllis and Zander Hollander. My favorite story in this book was the game that lasted 35 innings. I liked the book because it had a lot of different sports stories and I like to read sports books. The Pawtucket Red Sox baseball team was playing in the championship. The game went into extra innings. They thought it would be over by the 14 innings, but the game went to 35 innings and it took 8 hours to complete! The final score was 4-5. The other team won. People that would like this book are some people that like sports books because it has stories about hockey, golf, baseball, basketball and the Olympic games.

I would recommend this book to 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. I like this book because it tells you something funny and exciting about almost every sport. My favorite story was about a guy named Wilt Chamberlin who scored 100 points in a single NBA Basketball game.
