What a wonderful surprise! I had no clue this was out. I just visited Marilyn Lee's website for updates and BAM...there HE was! I'm referring to that incredible h-u-n-k of a cover model. Buff, muscular, and strong...He definitely has it goin' on!! MOONLIGHT FERVOR contains two of my favorite stories from the Moonlight series: Moonlight Desires and Moonlight Whispers. The stories focus on Acier Gautier--a vampire/wolf hybrid. He is my darkest fantasy--definitely the most sexually dominant and aggressive males in erotic fiction (right alongside Devin Spawn in Devil's Pact). Although the blurb at the top thoroughly explains each story, Moonlight Desires is really "erotica" and NOT an "erotic romance." It's a sexual conquest of blood and dominance. I read MOONLIGHT DESIRES and the rest of the Moonlight series before its prequel--the Bloodlust series. There are so many intriguing characters--some from the Bloodlust series--along with new ones introduced here. Even if you start in order with the prequel, the serial is just too broad and long to follow. However, if you want to start in order, read as follows: BLOODLUST 1) Conquering Mikhel Dumont 2) The Taming of Serge Dumont 3) Forbidden Desires 4) Nocturnal Heat 5) Midnight Shadows 6) All In The Family 7) The Talisman (loosely connected to the Bloodlust series) MOONLIGHT 1) Moonlight Desires 2) Moonlight Whispers 3) Moonlight Madness - Part 1 4) Moonlight Madness - Part 2 5) Moonlight Healing SEXTREME books this GOOD don't come often. If you don't like plots that are mostly about the sex, then MOONLIGHT FERVOR is not for you. Otherwise, consider it a KEEPER. You won't be disappointed! NOTE: I will be reading MOONLIGHT HEALING, which is the latest installment in the series. It's the long awaited story about Acier's twin brother, Etienne! It is currently in e-book format and available at Changeling Press.
