A disappointment to my kids

I thought I was purchasing a dvd in good condition, which to me would mean that it actually plays. All it does within the first five minutes is skip scenes. I know it’s a cheap buy but I would expect it to work. Do you even test the dvds out before selling them or look at the products to make sure people are getting what they paid for? If not you should be hiring people to test your dvd products before selling them. Disappointed.
