I bought this for my 6th Grade Classroom Library. The students have sustained silent reading the first few minutes of class. These little brain teasers are long enough to be read in a few minutes and can help with critical thinking, comprehension, and reading for details. A must for classroom libraries grades 2-6.

The book was good for anyone who wants to read along with and have fun with their American girl. My 10 year old and her grandmother took a trip and they did the mystery book while they traveled. It was fun for them. If you have a child that likes puzzles to solve, this is great for her to read and work on alone. If you have more of a computer girl that is into games and not logic, she might lose interest without an adult.
