Speaks to the heart

"As ministers to God...we are given access to the secrets of His heart and made welcome to the wisdom of His written Word" (page 62.) Can you believe that we humans can minister to God? This author explores the notion that God desires our worship and devotion. When we minister to God, our priorities are set right. And, we are ministered to, also. This is a book that I read quickly once, then re-read slowly. I found a deep peace as I shared the author's ideas. The primary premise of the book is not new: that God desires a relationship with us humans. However, this book carries that much deeper. IN ministering to God, we recognize a bond that is between us. And, there is great power in that recognition. I recommend this book to anyone on the journey of the heart!
