I loved this book. It takes the guess work out of quilting. It give awesome templates for everything which saves you time from having to measure everything. I make these pot holders for everyone and they love them. I give them as wedding gifts to go along with pots and pans from their registry, but to make it a more personal gift. I absolutely love this book and would recommend it to quilters of all ages and levels.

Every single one of these potholders look great, and would be a nice addition to a gift basket you're making for someone, or some such idea like that. I can't wait to start. It's a thin paperback book, but has alot in it. I can't wait to get started!! UPDATE: I made one of the simpler patterns in this book as a gift. The design was a nine patch block...using smaller nine patch blocks inner mingled with solid pieces...

This book was purchased as a gift for an avid quilter. She was thrilled with the beautiful illustrations, easy to follow instructions, and useful suggestions. The pot holders are almost too pretty to use,but can be easily adapted to wall hangings, table runners and other items. I'm delighted with this purchase.

This is a great book with many different quilt squares that could be used not only for potholders, but for other quiled items - table runners, placemats, quilts, etc. Lots of ideas. Would be fun for a beginner quilter to try out a lot of different things (some paper-piecing, qpplique).

Great instructions, pictures, etc. More than just taking a quilt block and making it into a pot holder. I've already made 6 of the potholders. Too much fun....
