Book Overview

There are approximately 100 million people in America between the ages of 16 and 30. This generation has just entered, or will soon be entering the work force. And they have no idea how to invest, save, or handle their money. Young people today come out of school having had little or no formal education on the basics of money management. Many have large debts from student loans looming over their heads. And many feel confused and powerless when their...

Phenomenal! Why don't they teach this in HIGH SCHOOL!

Hello, I don't normally write reviews, unless I feel compelled to let the world know something or raise awareness about a concern I have. I am 36, and honestly was skeptical when I picked up this book. However, I was open minded to learn something knew. Let me begin by saying, my husband and I have been renting for 10 years, and I seriously wish someone had showed me this book 10 or 20 years ago! We have been afraid of "buying" a home, for a multitude, of what now seem like, stupid reasons. Not anymore! I am looking at buying a rental property right away. I am forever changed, and I am WIDE AWAKE now thanks to this book. It is very rare when you find something that can create a pivotal change in your life, well... this book was that for me. I cannot praise this book enough. Thank you Thank you Thank you for showing me the way! Amanda L. New Jersey

I wish I had it in early 20's.

I read this book from cover to cover. And I wish I had this book few years before in my hands. Every single page is filled with practical wisdom every young adult needs.Seriously, this book has been written for the current young adults, who has more mobility and access to knowledge and opportunities. I don't understand why other losers have rated this book, for 1 and 2 stars. But, those who understand the book from inside out will benefit from it for sure. I thanks Douglas for his good advice to people like us.

A classic account of the quickest route to early financial independence

Douglas R., Emron D. and Aaron R. Andrew both author and narrate a classic account of the quickest route to early financial independence in MILLIONAIRE BY THIRTY: THE QUICKEST PATH TO EARLY FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE, a survey of the path to financial freedom. Father Doug Andrew didn't want to see his kids on the usual financial treadmill for the next forty years so he passed to them his secrets of success - and all became winner, starting out of college with entry-level jobs paying about, $30 kay a year and following steps outline here to each achieve a net worth of over, $1 million.

Best $ Book Ever!

This book opened my eyes in a way that they've never been open before! This book is so easy to read, but it doesn't make you feel dumb for not being financially literate. As soon as I picked this book up I couldn't put it down. Like a suspense movie - I wanted to find out what the Andrew guys were going to say next. Just about everything you need to know about finances and how to get ahead in this crazy world, can be found in "Millionaire by Thirty." This is a must read for anyone.

WE DON'T PLAN TO FAIL, WE FAIL TO PLAN

With proper planning, Doug is teaching how even two young men were able to acquire over one million in assets by being financially responsible, disciplined and consistent. Today's college graduates need to learn a new and fresh financial approach. The concepts on this book are teaching America's new work force (new generations) to be financially open minded and to believe in themselves. Every parent should recommend their young adults to read this book. We need to teach our young adults to take control of their financial future. If they don't, who will? I really recommend this book!
