      I recommend this book to anyone who loves a lot of romance. I wish someone would have prepared me for some sad parts so be ready for that. This is a book for strong-hearted people. It took a couple of chapters to get hooked but keep on reading because Nicholas Sparks is a GREAT author. This was the very first Nicholas Sparks book I have ever read and it was AMAZING! I really loved this book and it is a great book.

      One of his very best books!

      I waited to read this book bc the movie was still fresh in my mind. This book is 10 times better than the movie (which I liked), although I did imagine Kevin Costner as Garrett. I don't very often cry when I read books, but this one was so touching and loving. Makes me wonder if men like this exist or only in books and movies. If you like Nicholas Sparks books, you will absolutely LOVE this one!
