Men Are Better Than Women

No I'm not referring to women, but to this book. It makes so much sense, I'm almost alarmed this isn't mandatory high school reading material. Good job Dick, 11ty billion man points for you!

I thought this book was hilarious, despite the fact that I am a woman. Whether it's true or not, this book is perfect to pick up when you just need a laugh. It would make the perfect gift for any "guy's guy". My boyfriend bought this book for me since we always joke about which sex is greater, so it's also a great gift in that respect. As I read it, I didn't feel like it was aimless ranting but rather well-crafted, witty banter. I laughed my a** off. I think anyone can enjoy this book. I even read several chapters out loud to a group of both male and female friends, and they all equally enjoyed it.

I wanted to give the book two stars just because I got so sick of the steady stream of filthy comments by the author. I think his points could have been made without the post-pubescent barrage of vulgarities. It really adds nothing positive to the discussion, and it gets really, REALLY annoying- so much so that I was tempted to tear the book apart on more than one occasion. I've already been sufficiently desensitized as it is..... In spite of this, there is an enormous amount of truth found in this book. You have to be very patient, because the ranting gets old, as does the swearing, but in the final analysis, what Masterson is saying about women is right on the money. This is no "Predatory Female", and certainly no "Sex-ploytation", but I think it's important for men to read anyway. You just have to prepare yourself; it's not for the faint of heart, and certainly not for the well-mannered. It's offensive, crude, rude, uncultured, and irritating. But, his comments about women are basically accurate. I expect to see more and more books like this as the male backlash against women and feminism grows more angry every year. So, I grudgingly give it five stars for the subject matter, and because I think it reflects just how angry men are becoming with women these days.

I usually read books when they're entertaining; as for this book, it's literally a "page turner". Page by page, it will make you laugh, and at the same time you will learn quite a bit of stuff. I highly recommend this book to anyone that want to learn their inner-man. After you read this book, you will become proud of your manly self.

First off, it has to be said: That is possibly the greatest book cover ever. Second, the book is awesome in it's own right. I have a copy proudly sitting next to my toilet, and read one entry per dump. They are the perfect length, and always entertain. If you like Tucker Max's or Maddox's book, you will like this book. And just to let the haters know: I have known Dick for a year, he is actually a solid guy in person. And here is the kicker: He has an amazing girlfriend. She's good-looking, smart, and the type of girl who will help you hide the body. Those women are very rare. If I wanted a girlfriend, it would make me jealous.
