Great Introduction to Antitank Warfare

John Weeks' "Men Against Tanks", though perhaps a bit dated right now, is one of the best introductory books on antitank warfare ever written. It's written on just the right level, accessible to the novice with little or no background on the subject, yet with a great deal to offer the professional or advanced "buff". And it's written in Weeks' usual, highly readable style.Weeks limits himself to ground weapons, and covers the subject quite thoroughly, from the early days of the Great War, through the Bazookas and Panzerfausts and antitank guns of WW2, and ending up with today's (or not quite today's) antitank guided missiles. Also included is an intriguing chapter on the postwar might-have-beens.I highly recommend this title to anyone interested in the subject!
