A Great resource for all things Hatch (Green) Chile!

A great book with an incredible amount of recipes using Hatch Green Chile’s. At first, I was surprised to not see a Green Chile recipe like we make in Colorado but, remembered that this is Hatch, NM Green Chile’s so, that explained that! I have my own recipe but, this would have been a bonus to see one in here! I have not previously seen a more complete set of recipes around green Chile’s (Hatch or Colorado) so, i am happy as can be with this book and have made good use of it.
