I've read dozens of real estate books, and been to several seminars, but I've never heard of anybody dedicating a book to helping others avoid finicial pitfalls. In my opinion the monetary losses listed in the book were conservative, and that almost any investor could have made similar mistakes. Chapter 1 is worth the price of the book alone. I respect the fact that Damion committed himself to attending so many (expensive) seminars in such a short time, and the 3 references in the back of the book are absolutely superb!
