Mauri and Kith

A collection of stories about two groups - the former being in a society recovering on Earth after a nuclear war - with different political power structures and national type groups of interest and ability. One particular advanced region is trying to encourage responsible or non-damaging technological rediscovery. The Kith tales are about a group of spacefarers that can be out of touch for long times because of time dilation type effects.
