A Matter Of Time (Harlequin Intrigue, No 49)

From the opening scene in a railway station in Japan to the humorous ending, this book kept my attention. Julie is accused of spying and spends a night in jail. Her lawyer, Greg, offers to help her prove her innocence and find out what's really going on. But then Greg turns out to have secrets of his own to hide. I really felt I'd had a mini-visit of my own to Japan and Honolulu and I really wanted this couple to get together in the end. They were both real, funny characters with a lot of heart.

If you love romantic suspense with a humorous twist, you'll love this book. Julie is a great heroine, one it's easy to identify with. Greg is as handsome as all Harlequin heroes are but he's on the trail of Julie as a suspected criminal. I especially like the romantic parts but the plot twists are wonderful, the other people in the book add a lot of fun and I couldn't put this book down. Try it and I know you'll love.
