This Book is a good reference book, and workbook. Sold in Real Estate Schools. Very Helpful to me.

Property Transfer Taxes 7. Legal Description Part II includes the following chapter : 8. Area and Volume Part III includes the following chapters : 9. Interest 10. Maths of Real Estate Finance 11. Appraisal Methods 12. Tools of Investment Analysis Part IV includes the following chapters : 13. Prorations 14. Closing Statements 15. Lease Calculations Part V includes the following chapter : Practice makes perfect A Glossary completes it.

I picked up some pointers. I'm sure as I continue to go through the book I will learn more about Real Estate Math.

if you are a real estate agent having trouble figuring closing costs, pricing, escrow accounts and other real estate math essentials, this is a good book. there are no "magic" math books. you have to sit down with your paper, pencil, calculator and practice. learn some basic formulas, study the material which is well organized, and you'll have a lot more "math self confidence".
