Very good

The book is very well written. The screen shots are also very helpful. It's very good compared to other Exchange 5.5 books.

Not intended for MCSE Study Guide

As many of you cybex fans already know, this book is not intended for Microsoft Study, but rather for those who need to know how to do something and how to to do it fast, instead of the ideas behind how to do something.

Great Introduction to Exchange

This book is a great introduction to Exchange. While it will not give you every in-depth detail, it does cover the product well enough to get you going. I found it a big help in preparing for the MCSE exam, but it should be used in conjunction with some other sources. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the lighter style made this an easier read, which is always helpful with a 1000 page book.

Best 5.5 general book out there

The key to this book is the sequence of the information presented. Chapters really bind with each other, resulting in easy reading. It's a general Exchange book and should be treated and evaluated as such. It covers pretty much the entire system but of course doesn't get to enormous detail. Overall, if you are looking to get baptized in Exchange, this is the right book and it will handhold you for quite some time. Eventually you'll have to dig for more in-depth info.

Well organized, infomrative

This book had almost everything I was looking for in a book about Exchange. Although advanced features are not heavily focused on, the issues of initial deployment on NT was covered entirely. I was up and running with a full service Exchange Server with SMTP/POP in about 2 hours...
