Marijuana Garden Saver: A Field Guide to Identifying and Correcting Cannabis Problems

This book was full of useful information. It is essentially an excerpt of a few sections from another of the authors titles: “Cannabis Growers Handbook”. The information and the photos in this guide are largely copied verbatim from that larger volume. Even down to formatting and spelling errors, although the small product placement ads are different. The sections are: Nutrients, Pests, Diseases, Environmental Stresses and Controls. Additionally, the last 15 pages are full page ads for various sponsoring products. Some of the editing errors are harmless, although multiple instances of temperatures in Fahrenheit are expressed with an extra zero. Plants do not “begin showing heat stress” at 600 F, for example. This is an adequate guide for identifying and correcting problems- broad in scope but not too in depth (and dotted occasionally with typos and editing mistakes). However, the info in this book is contained within Ed Rosenthal’s other book already. Unless you really want a condensed pocket guide- the better value is to just buy the handbook instead.
