Marianas Island Legends: Myth and Magic

The Convenant Party won the election of Nov. 23rd, with incumbent Benigno Filial defeating the Republicrat pary nominee, Heinz Hofschneider (a real Pacific Islan- der name if ever I heard one!), by a mar- gin of 52% to 47% (with 1% for write-in candidates. The Covenent Party had won the preceeding gubernatorial election as well.
