It is easy to use and allows the manager to quickly review topics one might have forgotten from business school or provide new ideas to better manage your business. I think the next step should be a calendar with one new business tip a day (they are only 40 away).

Simply put, a must have. This book should be required for every MBA graduate in the country. It's insight into the actual decision making processes that managers must cope with prove to be on target. I've read the book twice and I think I'll do it again!
