Though this book came out in 1993, the information it contains is still used today in law enforcement and security. This book came about from a law enforcement course designed by Roland Ouellette. This is "a comprehensive guide to learning how to recognize, reduce, manage and control aggressive behavior." This book is broken down into three sections. Section one covers non-verbal and verbal communications skills. Section two explains personal defense and safety skills. The final section teaches physical control techniques. In conclusion, this is a book for law enforcement officers, security officers and others who have to deal with and control aggressive individuals. A fantastic book. Rating 5 stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Use of the Mini-Baton, The Monadnock Defensive Tactics System, The use of the Monadnock Straight Baton, PR-24 baton advanced techniques, Season of the Warrior: A Poetic Tribute to Warriors).
